At Journee Collection, returns and exchanges can be processed for unworn items within 30 days of the arrival date. However, shipping fees, order protection, and clearance items are non-refundable. Returns can be started online using the Happy Return portal. Once the return is initiated, a digital QR code or a printable return label will be emailed for processing. The return can be dropped off at the nearest location listed in the Happy Returns portal or at a UPS location. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed. There are no return or exchange fees with a Happy Returns QR code. However, a $9.95 shipping fee is deducted if a printed UPS label is used.

For customers unable to use Happy Returns, assistance is available by contacting customercare@journeecollection.com or visiting the digital returns center. A return label will be provided for printing at home. The return can be dropped off at the nearest UPS center. Refunds are expected within 7-14 days minus a $6.95 shipping fee.

Regarding the shipping policy, free shipping is offered on orders with a $150 subtotal or higher. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. With the free shipping option, delivery is expected within 3-10 business days. Shipping to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and P.O. Box addresses can take approximately 45 days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states.

Please note, Journee Collection products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which they were originally purchased. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer. Also, Journee Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show delivered to the correct location. Customers may choose to ship to a local UPS store for a more secure option or purchase Order Protection. In the event of a lost or stolen package without Order Protection, a UPS claim can be initiated on behalf of the customer, but the claims outcome cannot be guaranteed.
